ClawdTalk ("we," "us," or "our") is a product of Telnyx LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the ClawdTalk service at clawdtalk.com (the "Service").
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name via Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.
Phone Number: If you choose to make or receive voice calls, we collect and verify your phone number using Telnyx Verify.
Voice Call Data: When you use the voice calling feature, we process real-time audio for speech-to-text transcription and text-to-speech responses. We may retain call metadata (duration, timestamps, call direction) for usage tracking and billing. Audio content is processed in real-time and is not stored after the call ends.
Usage Data: We track call duration, call counts, and API usage for quota management and service operation.
Technical Data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps for security and debugging purposes.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Call metadata is retained for usage tracking purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), hashed API keys, and secure password storage. All data is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States.
